Remote assistance via telephone and terminal

We can offer you as a customer user support and training directly on your own desktop, via a terminal program that allows us to connect to your computer or server, safely and securely via the Internet. This also provides flexibility, saved travel time and costs.

The program you need can be run directly without installation (QuickSupport), but you can also install it to have it easily available for later use. Press the button further down to download the program, then just open/run the file.

When the program is started, it will show ‘Your ID’ and ‘Password’, which you must provide to us, so that we can log in.

Get in touch in advance to make an appointment, you can then be sure that someone is available.

*We recommend that you download and install the full version that you can find at the top of the page, to have it ready for later if needed. But you can also use TeamViewer QuickSupport, which you can find a little further down the page, with which you can run TeamViewer directly without installation.
